NOTE: The list includes all recruitment agencies  licensed  by POEA  to recruit Filipino workers for overseas jobs, both land-based and sea-based.  Also included were agencies which have been closed down or permanently banned from participating in the recruitment industry and agencies with  licenses which were cancelled or suspended.
