The company was established last August 1998, with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) license number: POEA-421-LB-100898-NL. Due to its excellent performance, the company has maintained a good record in the recruitment business, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration has renewed our license with license number: POEA-491-LB-100902-R.
Our company specializes in the supply of skilled and semi-skilled manpower of all categories. For the past years of operation, we have already deployed thousands of workers ranging from the categories of constructions, hospital staff, hotels and restaurants as well as private company workers to various parts of the world.
We had been at the hands of competent and experienced team in the field of human resources .The initial target was the neighboring countries which need manpower. Owing to the great success achieved in the early years of operation and the existence of a great number of customers who have great confidence in the performance of the company in the various markets, it was obliged to expand its activities.

Coming from a family of professionals, he has made his way through college to successfully complete a degree in Law. His exposure in the field of human behavior has prompted him to seek for further challenges in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he worked with a manpower office handling clients from various business industries. With the aid of his superior and mentor, Mr. Abdulla Ali Al Turki, he found his way in the Philippines handling a whole pool of Filipino workers. It was in no time at all that he was able to establish his own office located at the heart of Manila. His expertise in the field has given him an edge in acquiring sucessful transactions with the various sectors of the business. Equipped with highly qualified staff of good experience in the recruitment procedures, it carries the following responsibilities:
• Manpower Pooling
Upon receiving your job order, we start pooling qualified candidates. We go through the agency’s computerized data bank, make advertisements in leading newspapers and attend job fairs to ensure having a good number of qualified candidates for you to choose from.
We conduct a rigid process of selection of candidates, from the unskilled to the highly skilled categories, and see to it that only those who are highly qualified are for your final selection. All candidates undergo a preliminary interview, written exam, and are even required to undergo a Practical Trade Testing according to their profession through our various trade test centers.
• Final Enterview
We urge you to send your representative to the Philippines to conduct final interview for the candidates. If this is not possible, we send CVs of the qualified candidates to you for final approval.
• Medical and Psychological Testing
After we acquire your final approval, the candidates are sent to our accredited clinic for physical, medical and psychological examinations. The clinic will certify whether the candidate is FIT or UNFIT to WORK.
• Documentation and Processing
The approved candidate submits all the necessary documents required for visa stamping with the Embassy. Once approved, these documents shall then be forwarded to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for proper processing. Such a procedure varies depending on the country of deployment of the selected recruit. Other work sites require only the processing from the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) upon receipt of the authenticated contract and visa documents.
• Pre-departure Orientation Seminar
All the approved candidates are required to attend the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar prior to their deployment. The seminar features:
• Briefing about your establishment
• Briefing about your country
• Work ethics
• Interpersonal Communications
• Roles and Commitments
• Stress handling
• Overseas Family Communications
• Period of Deployment
Recruits are deployed within a period of three weeks upon receipt of either the authenticated contracts, visas, air tickets. The company assures that, even on peak seasons, all resources shall be exhausted to assure the immediate arrival of workers.
All candidates are given the time and flight number and are instructed to meet the Agency’s representative in the airport with the Plane Tickets, Passport, Overseas Employment Certificates and Contracts of candidates. They are then given airport assistance until they get in the airplane to arrive to your nearest international airport.
Our responsibility goes beyond such limits to ensure the good performance of the appointed personnel. An unfit worker is repatriated at our own expense during the agreed test period. Our fixed policy aims at monitoring the success of the tasks we are charging in coordination with you to maintain our quality services; our paramount objective is to satisfy our customers. The General Manager goes on tours to labor sites to reassure himself of the existing relationship between the employee and the employer. He has regular residence that facilitates his travel in all G.C.C. The relationship with our customer, which are aspiring for business continuity even after placement in order to achieve all services to the satisfaction of our customers.
