History

AL TAKA MANPOWER SERVICES, INC. is a recruitment agency operating under License No. 165-LB-080807-R. It was established since 2003, with SEC Registration No. CS 200301658, and has been working very closely with hundreds of Local Manpower Exporters in catering high quality human resources for employers worldwide to make their contribution for Overseas Projects and Development Programs.

The company has an extensive pooling of manpower reserve from which Human Resource requirements can be steadily drawn to meet the demands of its client companies, with expert consultants managing the same, who operate under a dynamic system, handled by a young and efficient professional staff.

Since the Company highly values its reputation and credibility, as a Labor Exporter, we select only physically, mentally fit and highly competent workers.

Extensive orientations are being carried out for the workers’ benefit, with assured full assistance in the documentation of travel papers and the final deployment to their respective work sites overseas. All these services are done meticulously, with the personal touch of the competent AL TAKA MANPOWER staff.

However, our services do not end at that point, since we continuously assume full responsibility from then on, until completion of the worker’s contracts abroad and their safe return to their country of origin.

Our Reporting System

We strictly adhere to efficiency and quality of service. Hence, we make certain that updated reports on the status of the workers’ travel papers are transmitted to the employers regularly, to facilitate easy monitoring on the progress of the recruitment.

Likewise, flight details are furnished to the client-employers a day before departure of the workers to ensure that all the deployed (arriving) worker/staff is afforded adequate assistance by the employer’s representatives at the airport of destination.

After the completion of each project, our recruitment officers ensure that a final status report is immediately submitted to the client, indicating the visa and ticket utilization with the corresponding applicant’s/worker’s names and the actual date of deployment.

Our Communication with Clients and Customers

We utilize all means and methods of communication, which is most efficient and convenient on the part of our clients, such as through overseas long distance calls, DHL dispatch, and electronic mails (emails), among others.
