Office Administrator Job at Virgos

Enough about us, now for what we want!
We're looking for someone to maintain our precious customer database, keep our company accounts and payroll up to date (we've developed our own program to do just that don't you know) and help support our customers with any queries they have regarding the above (I'm sure you'll be tip-top up-to-date with the knowledge in no time!)
There's always a lot going on with new and different projects coming up all the time to get your teeth into (we're a small company but a growing one!), so you may get called upon from time-to-time to take on a new challenge as well as the day-to-day administration and sales support.
You will need to have 'good' A-levels, a firm grasp of both English and the ability to work an abacus blindfolded (we really mean A-C in GCSE Maths & English!). You'll also certainly need some office experience working with accounts in the past (you'll need to really hit the ground not only running but carrying a small sheep also).
You will need to be bubbly, highly IT literate (MS Word, Excel, Search Engines and Email), highly self motivated, able to take on hefty work loads, multi-task and work well under pressure - all with a smile. A farming background would give you a key advantage.
The most important quality that we are looking for is that you need to show a true eye for detail. If you not meticulous then I'm sorry but you're not up for the job.
