2.0 REPORTING TO JOB HOLDER:
Accounts Assistant
3.0 LOCATION:
United Kingdom (Company Sponsorship available)
4.0 OBJECTIVES:
Ensures the timely delivery of accurate financial reports to the assigned Corporate Office and ensures smooth financial information flow between respective offices and Manila.
5.0 RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinates with Senior Accountant and as necessary with FM or Director of respective Regional Office to ensure proper information flow related to all financial matters within the assigned Corporate office;
Prepares daily, weekly, monthly financial reports such as but not limited to flash reports, bank reconciliations and cash flow forecast.
Provides schedules requested by auditors during yearly audits;
Prepares month-end/year-end schedules as required.
Complies with oneway.sys.
Performs such other accounting related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
6.0 PERSON SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA is an advantage;
2 to 5 years experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis, preferably with background in Shared Service Industry;
Communicates effectively both oral and written;
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications e.g. Excel, Outlook and Word is required;
Posses critical thinking ability;
Committed team player;
