7. Conducts spareparts evaluation to determine the tool life necessary for cost reduction and searches for better substitute.
8. Monitors spareparts inventory and prepare requisitions for the replacement of the same.
9. Prepares engineering specification requirements for equipment operations and maintenance
10. Monitors equipment performance, evaluates and gives recommendations of major machine breakdown as well as long term to recurring machine problem.
11. Conducts equipment evaluation to determine the need for modification
12. Overseas the implementation of special projects to upgrade the equipment performance and maintenance.
13. Assists customers in conducting spot audit at PDIP/ POWER Backend; prepares the necessary documents required in Equipment Engineering.
14. Ensures that appropriate safety measures are observed in all areas of concern.
15. Submits regular report of activities in the area of responsibility
16. Maintain good housekeeping in the area of responsibility
17. Performs other duties common to supervisory positions.
18. Supports the environmental management system program initiated by the company
