Recognizing the presence of a highly educated English-speaking workforce in the Philippines, Hanaro English Inc. was established in Manila and began its operations in 2008. ONLINE ENGLISH INSTRUCTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creates a classroom environment conducive to learning by employing a variety of appropriate teaching strategies.
Encourage student enthusiasm for the learning process and the development of good study habits.
Uses effective oral and written expression.
Evaluates accomplishments of students on a regular basis using multiple assessment methods such as teacher made tests, samples of students' work, mastery skills check lists, criterion-referenced tests and norm-referenced tests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Education / Teaching / Training or equivalent
Required skill: Proficiency in English
With teaching experience in IELTS and ESL is an advantage
With at least 6 months related work experience
Must be patient, flexible, and dynamic in servicing non-English speakers
Detail-oriented and has high tolerance for stress
Basic computer literacy
Friendly, approachable and well-mannered
Pro-actively seeks to develop professionally
Able to reflect on and learn from experience
Fresh graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply
