Responsibilities:

• Read and understand drawings, work instructions and bill of materials.
• Set up jigs, fixtures and tooling required for the machining.
• Operate CNC Turning/Milling machines

• Report self inspection result (Dimension and Visual)

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Metal or Precision Machining or equivalent
• Experience in jigs and fixtures
• At least 5 years working experience & knowledge in a metal machining environment
• Ability to read and understand CNC programming codes

• Able to read & interpret technical drawing (Dimension, tolerancing etc)
Experience with Siemens, Fanuc and Mazatrol CNC controller would be an advantage
• Willing to work on rotating shifts.
